- 1.Reception and security– Greet visitors, answer main-line calls, distribute couriers/mail, register guests and direct them to the right meeting room. 2.Office Supplies – Purchase and replenish day-to-day consumables so the office runs without interruption. 3.Meeting & Event Support – Book, set up meeting rooms; assist to the local birthday parties, annual party and monthly HQ events. 4.Admin Payments & Reimbursement – Collect invoices, check amounts, prepare expense claims and follow up on payment status. 5.Contract Handling – Stamp and archive the contracts. 6.Travel & Transportation – Book flights, hotels, trains and visas for local and overseas colleagues. 7.Office Environment – Coordinate cleaning, plants, pest control, A/C, lighting, water dispensers and general equipment upkeep. 8.Responsible for front desk duties and related functions. REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:? ?College diploma or above; major in Administration, Business English or related field preferred. ?1–2 years’ admin / reception experience in a foreign-invested or multinational company; solid grasp of international business etiquette. ?Presentable appearance, strong service mindset, detail-oriented, able to multitask and adapt quickly. REQUIRED SKILLS: ?Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) photography and short-video shooting skills are an advantage. ?Strong communication skill ?Fluent English
